How to identify Service Area A kits from Service Area CDFG kits

By now you have likely ordered and received your 2018 Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug kits. As you know from our training, we have three offerings: Medi-Pak HMO, Medi-Pak PFFS (Service Area CDFG) and Medi-Pak PFFS (Standard-Service Area A).

Differentiating between the two PFFS kits may be difficult. The enrollment forms are the same in both kits, but the Summary of Benefits are different. Without opening the plastic and seeing which is which, we are including help below.
