U-65 training for plan year 2020 is now on Pinpoint

The Individual U-65 product training and self-assessment is on Pinpoint!

To begin your U-65 training and testing, log in to your PinPoint account.

To continue your appointment with Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield for the 2020 plan year, the U-65 milestones below must be completed.

Online training (REQUIRED):

2020 Federally-facilitated Marketplace (FFM) Training

Agents may access PinPoint to track when you’ve been identified as having completed your FFM training.

Arkansas Blue Cross U-65 Product Training and Self-Assessment.

Important note: Don’t forget to download a copy of the U-65 Agent Training Presentation in the Resource section on PinPoint. The presentation will be helpful to you when taking the self-assessment!

Face-to-face training (OPTIONAL):

Select the right class for you by:

• Product (O-65/U-65)
• Agency (independent, Farm Bureau, National Insurance Benefit Coordinators, etc.)
• Location
