COVID-19 causing delays on printed invoices

In light of process changes due to the COVID-19 pandemic, printed monthly invoices from Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Health Advantage will be delayed by a few days for both groups and individuals.

In the meantime, here are some online solutions:

  • Groups – If a group’s health plan accommodates online payments to us, they can go to Blueprint for Employers to see invoices and to pay by bank card, credit card or check.
  • Individuals – Individuals can go to My Blueprint (on a computer or via our mobile app) to see their invoice and use the Pay tool to pay by bank card, credit card or check.
