Step up to the Ascend enrollment platform
This year, individual enrollment for most of Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s Medicare products has a new face – the Ascend platform.
On Tuesday, October 13, 2020, we will begin uploading agents to our new Ascend enrollment platform for Arkansas Blue Medicare (Medicare Advantage) and Prescription Drug Plan (PDP) policies. (Note: Enrollment for Medi-Pak® Medicare supplement policies will not be conducted via Ascend. Please follow the usual process via Blueprint for Agents to complete Medi-Pak enrollments.)
We have developed a detailed Ascend user guide that explains how to use:
- The Ascend Agent Quote and Enrollment (AQE) portal
- The Ascend Mobile Application (AMA)
The guide has step-by-step instructions on how to navigate both platforms.
The registration process is simple.
For new Ascend users:
- You will receive a registration email from Ascend.
- Follow the instructions to create a password.
- Computer users: navigate to the Agent Quote and Enrollment Portal. On phones/tablets, go to the Ascend Mobile Application.
- Log in and begin using the Ascend platform.
For existing Ascend users:
You can navigate to https://arkansasbluemedicare.isf.io/2021/agent and log in with your existing Ascend credentials as of Tuesday, October 13, 2020. If your Ascend email address is the same one we have on file for you, your accounts automatically will be linked. If you use a different email for Ascend and wish to link your accounts – and for all other technical support, please contact the Ascend Help Desk at 866-338-7772 (7 Days a week, 8 a.m.-11 p.m. EST).
