Blueprint for Agents meets Salesforce
Agent/broker portal functionality to migrate to popular sales support platform
In the coming months, Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield will migrate its Blueprint for Agents online agent/broker self-service portal to a new platform (powered by Salesforce). Many more details will be coming as the project moves forward, but here are a couple of major advantages the move will make possible:
- A more responsive portal on any device – desktop, phone and tablet. This will give users the ability to submit quotes, track applications and respond to information “on the go.”
- Easier access for agent/broker support staff to help track or follow up on quotes/accounts.
