Medicare Advantage and Medi-Pak® PDP ID cards are in the mail

The card is in the mail.

Medicare Advantage and Medi-Pak® PDP (prescription drug plan) ID cards have been mailed (as of December 22, 2020). Some members already have received their ID cards. Others have not.

But rest assured, members who have not received their physical cards still can get the care and medicine they need. We also know some members have not received their invoices or had ample time to pay. But please assure them they will have access to their medical and pharmacy benefits on January 1, 2021.

Here’s how you can help members who may be waiting for their physical cards to arrive if they reach out for help to get prescriptions filled January 1, 2021, or thereafter:

  • Provide them with the member ID located on your Current Enrollment Listing
  • Supply them with the prescription information below that corresponds to their 2021 plan
