Arkansas Blue Cross launches online quoting and enrollment for small group

Your life — and desk — may become a little less cluttered. Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield is launching Total Enrollment Solution (TES), a digital platform that streamlines the way you quote and enroll your small group clients. Now comparing plans, choosing the best match and enrolling a client can be done in a few clicks.

TES will be available for agents and brokers at the beginning of July for new small groups with an August 1 effective date. While you cannot access the platform today, you can begin reviewing the user guide or other helpful materials. We’ll send a follow-up email when the system is live.

Why TES?

In Arkansas, agents and brokers were looking for speed and efficiency when it came to quoting small group clients. We heard you and wanted to improve this process, so we started to build the TES platform.

The TES workflow is completely online, allowing agents and brokers to easily quote prospects a medical, dental, vision and life plan, upload a census and enroll employees in their health plan. You and your client can sign the dotted line digitally and even make online payment. ID cards are triggered to print seconds after the first payment is made.   By moving to a convenient online enrollment, we’re simplifying small group benefits to an  online review and enrollment so you can focus less on paper applications and more on the things that matter most — your business and clients.
How do I get started?

Arkansas Blue Cross created a number of pieces to help you navigate TES for the first time. We recommend thumbing through the TES User Guide to see step-by-step instructions on how to use TES.

On July 2, you’ll be able to access TES through Blueprint for Agents.

  2. Enter your username and password
  3. Select Total Enrollment Solution Button under the quick links on the right-hand side

Future enhancements

TES is evolving. While the initial launch is for quoting and enrolling new groups only, we’re currently building a renewal process for your existing clients to use TES, too.
