Brenda Hardage promoted to director of Clinical Services and Population Health at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (June 16, 2017) – Brenda Hardage has been promoted to director
of Clinical Services and Population Health at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield.
In her new position, Hardage is responsible for day-to-day oversight of medical
management programs for fully insured, self-insured and the federally facilitated
Hardage joined Arkansas Blue Cross in October 2006 as case manager, moving into
several supervisor positions for case management and exchange programs before her
recent promotion. Prior to joining Arkansas Blue Cross, Hardage had more than 12
years in field of medicine.
Hardage earned her Bachelor of Science in Nursing from the University of Arkansas at
Little Rock and is working toward a Master of Science in Nursing with specialization
in case management at American Sentinal University. She is board certified through
The Commission for Case Manager Certification program and is a member of the Case
Management Society of America.
