Phyllis Freeman promoted to director of Claims Services at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (June 21, 2017)– Phyllis Freeman has been promoted to director
of Claims Services for Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, Health Advantage and
the federal marketplace. In her new position, Freeman is responsible for day-to-day
oversight of claims teams for three departments.
Freeman joined Arkansas Blue Cross in 1988 as computer operator for Health
Advantage, moving into management positions with each line of business before
her recent promotion. She started her career as a business analyst for World Book
Freeman earned her bachelor’s of science degree at the University of Central Arkansas.
