Jim Haley joins Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield as manager of Customer Service Applications

LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (September 13, 2017) – Jim Haley has joined Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield as the manager of Customer Service Applications and is responsible for developing and supporting e-Business Enterprise Systems, e-Business Consumer Systems and Customer Touchpoint Applications.

Haley comes to Arkansas Blue Cross from the Arkansas Health Insurance Marketplace where he served as an Information Technology manager. He has more than 25 years of IT experience.

He earned his bachelor’s of science degree in computer science from the University of Central Arkansas and attained the Lean Six Sigma certification.

“Jim brings a tremendous amount of experience and expertise to Arkansas Blue Cross,” said Patrick Edwards, director of Consumer Support Systems. “This will help our division continue its high standard of excellence as well as prepare us for the future.”
