Sherri Lee promoted to manager of Clinical Services and Population Health at Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (January 3, 2018) – Sherri Lee has been named manager of Clinical
Services and Population Health for BlueAdvantage National Accounts (BANA) at Arkansas Blue Cross
and Blue Shield.
In her new role, Lee is responsible for coordinating the case management team and identifying
process improvements and best practices for holistic care.
Lee joined Arkansas Blue Cross in July 2012 and has been promoted numerous times. Before coming to
Arkansas Blue Cross, she served as a registered nurse for Baptist Medical Center in Labor &
Delivery, Behavioral Health and a case manager in home health.
Lee is a member of the American Nurses Association (ANA), Oncology Nurses Society (ONS) and Junior
League of Little Rock. She is a recipient of Arkansas Blue Cross’ Sharon Allen Award, which
celebrates excellence in customer service.
Lee graduated from the Baptist College of Nursing, received a bachelor’s degree in Health Science
at the University of Arkansas at Little Rock, and received a BSN in Nursing
Chamberlain College of Nursing. She is currently enrolled in the Johns Hopkins Bloomberg School of
Public Health for Population Health Management.
