Caleb Castleberry promoted to manager of Health Data Analytics at Health Advantage
LITTLE ROCK, Ark. (January 10, 2018) – Caleb Castleberry has been promoted
to manager of Health Data Analytics at Health Advantage.
In his new role, Castleberry is responsible for reporting and presenting the financial
impact of strategies and company initiatives of Health Advantage.
Castleberry joined Arkansas Blue Cross in 2011 as a medical management decision
support analyst and took on increasing levels of responsibility in data warehousing and
reporting. Prior to his new role, he was promoted to supervisor of the team that currently
provides support to external providers and employers for the episodes of care program.
Castleberry received his undergraduate degree from the University of Arkansas at
Monticello and a Masters of Business Administration from the University of Arkansas
at Little Rock.
He is a fellow of the Academy for Healthcare Management (FAHM) through America’s
Health Insurance Plans. Castleberry lives in Sheridan with his wife, Jenna.
