Individual agent training coming soon

Training for plan year 2022 is just around the corner. Step-by-step requirements will be sent in early August, and the same training schedule and tracking system will be used as last year. A tentative schedule of training events is listed below. You’ll receive another email when registration is open.

Arkansas Blue Medicare Training

Beginning August 13, the 2022 Arkansas Blue Medicare online courses will be released. We’ll begin offering regional meetings for you to learn more about our new Arkansas Blue Medicare product offerings. Join us for one or more of our live meetings as we go into detail by region.

Hot Springs – September 7 at 9 a.m.
Little Rock – September 7 at 2 p.m.

Fort Smith – September 8 at 9 a.m.
Fayetteville – September 8 at 2 p.m.

Mountain Home – September 9 at 9 a.m.
Jonesboro – September 9 at 3 p.m.

El Dorado – September 14 at 11 a.m.

AEP Virtual/Zoom Roadshow

Get ready for 2022 like a pro. Virtual Annual Election Period (AEP) trainings will take place in September.

Zoom – September 23 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.
Zoom – September 30 at 10 a.m. and 2 p.m.

Ascend Virtual/Zoom Trainings

Ascend Virtual is a tool meant to help agents and brokers sell MAPD and PDP products. We’re hosting a series of Zoom events to train you on how to create a lead and enter an enrollment in the tool.

Zoom – September 30 at 12 p.m.
Zoom – October 7 at 12 p.m.
Zoom – October 14 at 12 p.m.

Individual Under-65 Training

Individual under-65 content will be available Friday, August 27, 2021. This year we’re offering individual under-65 face-to-face trainings alongside Zoom options. We encourage you to make plans to join us in person or virtually as we take a deeper dive into our training material.
