Step-by-Step: Help your clients set up AutoPay
Automatic payment is a convenient way for members to pay their monthly premiums. At Arkansas Blue Cross, we’ve set up a secure online payment options for your clients. One such option is AutoPay, which allows eligible members1 to sign up for a free monthly automatic payment with their online check, credit or debit card, or by mail via bank draft.
Payment has never been easier. We’ve outlined the steps below with screenshots and arrows to point you in the right direction. Here’s how to help a member set up AutoPay.
- Go to arkansasbluecross.com
- Click Pay
- Choose AutoPay
- Click AutoPay option
- Enter user name and password
- Select Sign In
- Click Pay Your Bill at the bottom left-hand corner
- Choose the Medical button
(You also can set up AutoPay for dental or vision.)
- Select I Agree at the bottom of the Terms of Agreement
- Enter email address
- Click Submit
- Click Enroll Into AutoPay
- Select Schedule Payment
- Enter funding account number
- Enter Payment Amount option
- Click Continue
- Click Confirm

Automatic payment is a convenient way for members to pay while ensuring they don’t damage their credit score with missed or late payments. But it’s also important that terminating AutoPay is easy, too.
Help a member terminate AutoPay
Clients also can terminate AutoPay when they’re logged into the Payment Center. First, they must select the Manage AutoPay button and then select to cancel. However, clients who terminate AutoPay are still responsible for paying the next month’s bill on time.
1 Medicare Advantage and Prescription Drug plan product members can mail their monthly payment or set up an automatic monthly bank draft. If there are questions, please call customer service at 1-877-233-7022 to discuss payment options. Health Advantage conversion plans are not eligible for online, mobile, AutoPay or pay-by-phone payment options.
