Open Enrollment Scenarios

As reviewed during training, impacted members resulting from our Medicare Advantage Prescription Drug service area changes received their letters this week. We wanted to share what your clients may have received.

Letter 1: Goes to existing MAPD-PPO members in Craighead, Greene and Poinsett counties. These members will receive a packet with a pre-populated enrollment form (approximately 900 members impacted).

Letter 2: Goes to MAPD-PFFS members impacted that will not have another Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield MAPD offering available. The letter is shown below, along with a list of the impacted counties.
