E&O coverage request from third-party administrator Gallagher MGA

Maintaining current Errors and Omissions (E&O) coverage is a major compliance standard for all valued agents of Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield. We have contracted with Gallagher MGA to contact and assist our agent population with managing their E&O status. Agents are contacted by the latest email on file within 30 days of expiration, and once more after expiration. When received, the agent can choose to return a copy of personal or affiliated agency E&O certificate directly to Gallagher MGA or Arkansas Blue Cross Producer Licensing at hcmcroberts@arkbluecross.com. We appreciate your best response when this E&O certificate is requested.

If your agents are covered under the same agency E&O policy, Gallagher MGA can contact the chief administrator directly rather than send emails to each agent.
