Now all Medi-Pak® Advantage members can earn rewards
Beginning in 2020, all Medi-Pak® Advantage members can be rewarded for taking an active role in managing their health. It’s called the Healthy Blue Rewards program.
An initial 2019 version of program was rolled out last month for Health Advantage Medi-Pak® Advantage HMO (health maintenance organization) members, but for 2020, members of Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield Medi-Pak® Advantage PFFS (patient fee for service) will be added.
Members will receive letters listing reward-eligible healthcare activities (like health screenings, flu shots, etc.) that are recommended for them to complete by year’s end, based their personal health status.
When members complete an identified healthcare activity, they simply notify us (via special website, mail or phone channels) and supply a few details.
For each completed activity, members can earn a gift card from merchants like Amazon, Walmart, Home Depot, Lowe’s, Kohl’s, T.J. Maxx and others.
Following are the reward amounts for eligible activities for the two respective health plans:
