Medi-Pak® Medicare supplement commissions report moving

Commissions for sales of Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s Medi-Pak^® Medicare supplement now (as of January 1, 2020) appear on your Insurance Compensation Management (ICM) system statement. You should be familiar with this statement by now, as we are paying all Medi-Pak Advantage, Rx, Metallic, dental and vision commissions from this system.

The migration of all commission payments to ICM from MCS (Marketing Commission System) began in 2016 and has been a major initiative for Arkansas Blue Cross.

You may continue to see some of your Medi-Pak commissions on your MCS statement until March 2020, depending on the coverage periods and premium payment dates for those policies. If the coverage period for the premium is before January 1, 2020, the commission will be listed on your MCS statement. If it is after January 1, 2020, the commission will be listed on your ICM statement.
