2021 Medicare Star Rating Program sheets

Our 2021 Medicare Star Rating Program sheets are now available in our Product Library on the Blueprint for Agents online portal.

These sheets must be used effective immediately. In any marketing kits you have on hand, please replace the Star Rating materials with this new 2021 version. We will begin mailing kits with the new Star Rating Program sheets this week.
