Post-AEP member mailings
Thank you for contributing to a successful Annual Election Period! Now that AEP is over, we want to tell you more about what your clients can expect from Arkansas Blue Medicare, including several mailings they will receive from Arkansas Blue Medicare. Below is an outline of those Arkansas Blue Medicare member mailings and other helpful information.
We are working diligently to generate member ID cards and materials. In the meantime, we want to provide you with information on how to access member ID numbers and prescription drug information.
Member ID numbers can be found on your Current Enrollment Listing on Blueprint for Agents. Detailed instructions on how to access member ID numbers on your Current Enrollment Listing can be found here.
Prescription drug information is listed below. With the information below and member ID number, your client can fill their prescription on January 1, 2022.
Member ID cards
New members and members that made changes to their plan will receive ID cards. Existing members that did not make changes will not receive new ID cards.
Member Welcome Guides
Member Welcome Guides will include Summary of Benefits, Pan Document Flyer, OTC Catalog (if applicable) and a Privacy Notice. Our Welcome Guides and OTC catalog can be found here. All other documents can be found here.
Welcome kits
New members and members with plan changes will receive welcome kits. The kits will include Evidence of Coverage document, Plan Document Flyer and Privacy Notice. All documents can be found here.
Sapphire Card
Cards are scheduled to arrive in homes by mid-January. Your clients can contact customer service with questions regarding benefits. For questions regarding activation and card balance, members should call Blue Medicare Sapphire card customer service 877-743-9481 after January 1, 2022.
