ARHOME member eligibility communications
In the next few days, we’ll be sending emails and text messages to ARHOME members asking them to watch for letters and emails from the Department of Human Services (DHS). With the COVID-19 public health emergency order set to expire on July 15, there may be some ARHOME members who lose their eligibility for the program. We will contact all ARHOME members over the next few weeks, beginning with the members who may be most at-risk for losing their eligibility. It is important that all ARHOME members update their contact information with DHS so they will receive all ARHOME eligibility-related communications.
The emails and text messages we’ll send will have links to instructions on how ARHOME members can update their contact information online, over the phone or in-person. As you talk with your ARHOME clients, we ask that you encourage them to update their contact information, too. Agents with ARHOME business will receive at-risk member lists directly from their IPRs.
