Individual agent sales manager change-up
Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield’s relationship with the state’s agents and brokers is critical to our success. We’re always looking for the right alignment of support, staffing and experience to help you be successful. Recently, we added a new member to our individual team with more than a decade of experience in the individual product space and wanted to introduce you to him. Matthew Creasman has been hired as our new individual agent sales manager and is someone many of you will become acquainted with if you’re not already.
In his new role, Matthew will lead all individual agent-broker sales and service for Medicare and under-65 product lines, including ACA, dental, vision and ancillary business. You’ll continue to work with the individual product representatives who are currently your points of contact, but Matthew will become an additional resource for individual product sales.
Matthew joins our team with 13 years of experience at Arkansas Blue Cross. He started in 2009 as a consumer marketing coordinator and was a key resource in coordinating member and prospect communications in the lead up to the launch of the Affordable Care Act in 2014. In 2015, he was promoted to consumer marketing manager where he built teams responsible for leading consumer insights and digital communications in addition to his consumer marketing responsibilities. In 2020, he led the rebranding effort for Arkansas Blue Medicare, our Medicare Advantage product line. His knowledge of marketing and communicating individual products will be helpful for us and our agent-broker partners.
As part of the move, Samantha Skyrme will transition to the role of Medicare sales consultant, where she will be responsible for supporting the Medicare sales channel. She will also be the primary point of contact for our Field Marketing Organization (FMO) partners.
We’re excited about Matthew joining our team and look forward to our agent-brokers working with him. Download our refreshed Stay Connected contact sheet.
