Draft billing update for On-Exchange member plans

Due to a systems glitch on December 26, January invoices did not generate for our renewing On-Exchange members. When the January invoices were successfully generated a week later, members were able to pay their January premiums online. Many members also called our customer service and paid their balances over the phone. If members did not pay their outstanding balance online or over the phone, they will be double drafted on January 26 for their January and February balances.

To assist members impacted by the glitch, a one-time draft was completed on December 30, 2022. This draft corrected MOST of the renewing On-Exchange members missed on the December 26 draft. Members not included on the December 30 special draft will be double drafted on January 26, 2023 for their total balance due for January and February.

The only members affected by the glitch were a small number of renewing On-Exchange members. All Off-Exchange and new On-Exchange members were not affected.
