Same-day medical care services from home

An at-home healthcare pilot for urgent illnesses and injuries is now available to fully insured Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield and Health Advantage health plan members within a specific 75 ZIP code* service area in central Arkansas. Members and any covered dependents can receive services from the comfort of home. As a covered in-network provider, DispatchHealth can treat a variety of injuries and illnesses including flu, fever, migraines and stiches. They can also perform lab tests, EKGs and give medications on the spot.

How DispatchHealth works:

  1. The member requests a visit online or by calling 855-882-0936.
  2. A professional medical team arrives to the member’s home, equipped with personal protective gear, sterilized equipment and everything they need for treatment.
  3. The medical team will then call in any needed prescriptions to the member’s preferred pharmacy, update the member’s PCP and work with us to manage billing.

This new service is an easy way to get medical care at home at the same cost as an in-network urgent care center.
