Pinnacle Insurance Associates made an enhancement to the digital store this month. Now agents can choose to finalize the entire sales process with your individual clients on the spot. It’s simple.
When you work with your client to select one or more products and proceed to the checkout, you will be able to either (1) email the application to the client via email to complete; or, (2) complete with the client at that time.
If you choose to complete with the client, then you or the client will be asked to enter his/her payment information and review the Product Terms and Conditions and Payment Terms and Conditions.
You work hard to acquire new clients and strengthen relationships with existing clients. Improvements to the Pinnacle sales process will make it easier and more intuitive for you to walk customers through the process.
