Automatic payment is a convenient way for members to pay while ensuring they don’t damage their credit score with missed or late payments. But it’s also important that terminating AutoPay is easy, too.

Help a member terminate AutoPay

Clients also can terminate AutoPay when they’re logged into the Payment Center. First, they must select the Manage AutoPay button and then select to cancel. However, clients who terminate AutoPay are still responsible for paying the next month’s bill on time.
