We want to let you know of an upcoming change that may affect how your clients and prospects pay their premiums. Arkansas Blue Cross is discontinuing MoneyGram as a payment option on September 1, 2020, but there are still plenty of ways to pay premiums:
- One-time online payment
One-time online payments may be made with a check, credit card or debit card (with no transaction fees) by visiting our secure, mobile-friendly payment site or by signing in to the My Blueprint member site.
AutoPay can be used with a check, credit card or debit card (with no transaction fees) through My Blueprint. People who prefer to set up automatic payments offline can submit a pre-authorized bank draft form based on their plan type. People who want to use this option can Call the Customer Service number on the back of their member ID card to get more information.
- Mobile app
Our mobile app allows members to pay with a check, credit card or debit card (with no transaction fees) inside My Blueprint Mobile. The free app can be downloaded on the Apple App Store and on Google Play.
- By phone
Members can make payments using a check, credit card or debit card (with no transaction fees) by calling 1-800-354-9904.
