Healthy Blue Rewards may be a nice bonus for your clients

We’re offering your Arkansas Blue Medicare clients a powerful tool … at their fingertips!

They can now earn rewards in 2021 for practicing healthy behaviors through the Healthy Blue Rewards program. Members will become eligible for different rewards throughout the year, based upon healthcare recommendations. Initially, all members are eligible for a reward, based upon completing an annual wellness visit or reading educational articles.

Two ways to get rewards

  • Members can redeem rewards for gift cards from national and local retailers via the mail or digitally at:
    • Walmart
    • Walgreens
    • Kroger
    • Target
    • Amazon
    • … and more!
  • Members can redeem rewards for merchandise and wearable tech, like:
    • Apple Watch Series 3
    • FitBit Charge, Versa, Aria Air, Air Smart Scale, Ace, Inspire
    • Garmin Forerunner, vivofit

Get started earning your rewards!

Members can go to ArkansasHealthyBlue.HealthMine.com. They will need their Arkansas Blue Medicare member ID card, date of birth and email address to register for Healthy Blue Rewards.

Members also can call 800-960-6360. Healthy Blue Rewards Customer Service will help members set up an account. We’re here to help!

Once registered, members will receive an email letting them know that their account has been set up.

If a member does not have a computer or has difficulty accessing the internet, perhaps a family member or friend (or agent/broker) can help them register, to ensure they receive member rewards benefits automatically.

If members have questions, they can simply call Healthy Blue Rewards Customer Service at 800-960-6360 (Monday – Friday, 8 a.m. – 8 p.m.).

Note: Registration is required to participate. Visit ArkansasHealthyBlue.HealthMine.com to register and see what healthy behaviors earn rewards. If you do not have internet access, call Healthy Blue Rewards Customer Service at 800-960-6360. Maximum annual rewards of $235 per year. Total rewards amount is dependent on eligibility for specific healthy behaviors, which will vary by individual. One reward per healthy behavior per year and dates of service must be in the current plan year. Rewards will be administered once the claim is processed. HealthMine, Inc., is an independent company that contracts with Arkansas Blue Medicare to provide Medicare Advantage member rewards programs.
