TruHearing for Medi-Pak members
At Arkansas Blue Cross and Blue Shield, we’re providing Medi-Pak Medicare Supplement members with TruHearing® coverage on hearing aids. TruHearing gives our members the latest-generation models, styles and technologies of hearing aids. We’re mailing eligible members a letter and brochure about the program.
Interested members must call TruHearing at 1-877-760-0783 to find an in-network provider and schedule an appointment.
Blue Wellness Rewards vendor
Arkansas Blue Cross and Health Advantage ARHome and ACA members have a chance to earn money as part of the Blue Wellness Rewards program.
HealthMine is the new vendor helping us pay your clients rewards ranging from $15 to $200 just for being healthy. We’re sending members information about this new opportunity.

Maternity benefit for ARHome and ACA members
ARHome and ACA members with Arkansas Blue Cross and Health Advantage plans now have access to a new, no-cost maternity benefit. Maven provides maternity support to pregnant members during their pregnancy and for three months postpartum. Members have 24/7 access to care advocates who provide coaching and support. Eligible members can schedule virtual appointments with dietitians, lactation consultants, midwives, doulas and OB/GYNs.
