Meet the new individual agent team members

We’re happy to announce some staffing changes to the individual agent sales team. Our new team members bring relevant sales and systems experience to their roles. We’re excited about the future opportunities we’ll have to continue serving you.

Candice Holt

Candice Holt is the new Individual Products Rep for the West region. She replaces Louann Gardner, who retired in June after tirelessly serving the agent community throughout her career. Candice has been with Arkansas Blue Cross for eight years. She started in operations before moving to an internal sales role. For the last three years, she’s managed the ArkansasBlue retail store in Rogers. She brings a wealth of sales and training experience, which she’ll utilize daily in her new role. Candice resides in Tontitown with her husband and 5-year-old daughter. She enjoys doing just about any outdoor activity, including biking, running, swimming and spending time at the lake.

Sabrina Feemster

Sabrina is the new Individual Products Rep for the East region. She replaced Tammy Blenden in February after Tammy joined the group sales team. Sabrina has been with Arkansas Blue Cross for nine years. She started on the procurement team before moving over to the individual sales team in 2017. Her experience, including agent onboarding, reporting, training development and sales platform troubleshooting, made her well-positioned for her new role. Sabrina resides in Little Rock with her husband and two-year-old daughter. She enjoys traveling and spending time with her family.

Dana Hodge

Dana joined us as the Sales Operations Analyst (Sabrina’s former position) in February. Dana has been with Arkansas Blue Cross for five years. She started on the customer service team as an Enrollment and Eligibility Specialist and was an Escalation Rep for the last three years before joining our team. She’s incredibly knowledgeable in the Medicare enrollment process and claims processing, as well as investigating service and billing issues. Because of her background and experience, Dana transitioned seamlessly to her new position. Dana lives with her husband in Vilonia, and they have four sons. She loves camping and is a rabid Arkansas Razorbacks and St. Louis Cardinals fan.

Allan Hudson will remain in his role as the statewide product rep for Accrisure LLC, Farm Bureau and NIBC. In January, he assumed new responsibility as the statewide rep for Eldercare and Roulston Insurance Agency.
